Uplevelling Leaders

The Cultivating Leadership program brings cohorts together in a series of interactive workshops and tailored coaching opportunities (both collectively and in one-to-one settings) to learn and practice new skills while building connective tissue across the group.  We partner with our clients to customize the balance of individual and cohort-based sessions (in-person and virtually) to maximize learning for leaders, creating momentum for their sustained growth and development.

Over the course of our program, we create safe, constructive spaces where leaders develop a collection of essential leadership capabilities:

Cultivating a Growth Mindset and Adaptability:

They create an agility toolkit, recognizing what strengths to tap into when challenging moments arise in order to get out of their own way and thrive in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) world.

Increased Self-Awareness:

Embracing the concept that “we are our own best tool”, leaders gain a better perception of their current selves and paths for improvement.  The program challenges leaders to see the limiting thoughts holding them back, shift to an accountable mindset, and unlock new ways to take action and impact outcomes.

Practicing the Art of Communication, Clarity, and Feedback:

The program harnesses the power of communication, expanding leaders’ skills to engage in conversations that are clear, relevant, and impactful.  They learn the art of using check-ins and feedback loops with colleagues to increase presence, expand empathy, and build trust in the process.

Tapping into Courage and Becoming More Decisive:

As their confidence grows over the course of the program, leaders develop their ability to make sound decisions independently and swiftly.  They gain insight into the roles they’re playing, effectively gauging what’s theirs to own, and how to create – and respect – boundaries for themselves and others.

Curiosity, Accountability, and Humility:

Each leader cultivates their leadership presence through active listening, keeping their egos in check and as they get more comfortable with being both vulnerable and brave.   Our program fosters compassion for leaders themselves and colleagues alike; where they give themselves grace and create space for others to do the same.

Co-Elevation, Empowerment, and Innovative Collaboration:

We grow each leader’s practice of co-elevation through the art of courageous conversations, ways to think and behave inclusively, and techniques to amplify the capabilities of those around them.  Our program supports leaders to stretch both themselves and their colleagues to surface new ideas in conjunction with driving individual and team accountability.
