A note from our founder, Suzanne Weller

At Weller Collaboration, we believe we’re all a work in progress. We’re passionate about our clients’ growth — helping them to navigate complexity, cultivate high-performing teams, and maximize leadership that fuels unprecedented results. We partner with our clients individually, in teams/groups, and at scale for large/dispersed organizations.

We’re a team of talented leadership coaches, executive advisors, and facilitators with real-world experiences. Each of us has walked down the path of leadership ourselves, and have been in the trenches with teams to navigate challenging times. We’re trained and certified in a variety of areas to provide solutions to organizations and individuals who want to maximize learning, lead from an emotionally intelligent place, and create sustained growth and development.   

I started this firm as an individual practitioner, having worked with talented clients to co-create impact and their desired results. As a result, I’ve grown to include a selection of leadership development practitioners whose talents allow us to expand our reach and deliver results. Team bios are available upon request.

Suzanne is a partner in growth.

She has more than 20 years of experience partnering with leaders and teams from the world’s most recognizable brands including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Bristol Myers Squibb, Salesforce, Getty Images, Kaiser Permanente, Seattle Humane, Slalom, Harvard Business Publishing, and Stanford University.

Suzanne's gifts for building trust, listening, and asking great questions are the tools she uses to help clients to achieve their best.  They find Suzanne brings a lot of strategic thinking, value, and compassion to each engagement.

In Suzanne’s own words . . .

Approachable.  This is the word that comes up most often when people describe me.  I love being known for openness -- you'll find it in every aspect of our work together.

I am a keen and empathetic listener who creates a safe space where people open up and feel seen.  At the same time, I'm able to quickly focus on what matters.  Turning up the heat when needed, keeping objectives in focus, and appreciating that every situation is different.

My professional journey is founded on what I call the "three c's": communication, collaboration, and courage.  These have been key guideposts in my twenty years of leadership experience across the consulting, content licensing, media, and life sciences industries. Over the course of my career, I've partnered with organizations to drive transformation initiatives, build industry-leading sales teams, spearhead communication strategies, and been a trusted coach for individuals and teams. 

And as an active champion of female leadership, I am passionate about being a catalyst for women who are finding their voice or looking to evolve how they present themselves to the world.
