If you're looking to learn new skills or adapt those you already have, why not join one of Suzanne's online workshops and learn with others in real time?
These virtual sessions are a great way to expand your horizons, meet others with similar goals, and have a lot of fun in the process. Each workshop creates a shared space that fosters learning, safety, and experimentation.

When you’re sharing ideas within the daily tidal wave of information (especially with so much connection now happening in virtual spaces), it can be a challenge to attract your audience’s attention. How do you not only capture it, but hold on to it? Through interactions that are memorable, genuine, and relevant.
If you're looking for ways to get your point across more effectively, generate buy-in, and use creative techniques to influence and collaborate with others – this virtual workshop is for you.
In this interactive session, Suzanne will focus on why communication matters and how to create messaging that is clear and compelling.
Through this workshop you’ll gain:
Participants will have the opportunity to practice and receive feedback from a small group in break-out rooms, where each person can experiment with techniques that build connection and confidence.
Virtual communication is here to stay. Our digital toolkits contain a broad array of powerful platforms to bring us together, but collaborating virtually can be a confusing, awkward, and frustrating experience with people feeling disconnected and exhausted from spending most of their days looking at a screen.
As a leader, how do you adapt your style to effectively cultivate deeper relationships with and drive your team’s performance in a virtual (or hybrid) environment?
In this workshop we’ll help you adapt your approach to leadership within a virtual environment, establishing a foundation around effective communication skills. Suzanne will lead participants through simple methods to build and strengthen trust with your virtual team, develop practices to run more effective meetings, and how to close the physical gap. Each attendee will have the opportunity to test, workshop, and receive feedback, giving them space to experiment with techniques that cultivate presence and decrease energy drain for both their audience and themselves.
"I recently attended a Weller Collaboration Communication workshop in preparation for a panel job interview. I was impressed at the content Suzanne was able to convey in 60 minutes; by the end of the workshop, I had practical tips on appropriately tailoring my message for the audience while staying true to my own communication style. I went into the interview feeling focused and confident. I start my new job next week!"
“When joining the communication workshop, I was hesitant due to my insecurities and vulnerabilities around public speaking and communication in the workplace. With Suzanne’s professional, charismatic, down to earth style, she really encouraged the attendees to think about our particular styles of communication. I took away some valuable tips that can lead to more in-depth and respectful conversations, without getting into the weeds of my topic. Not only did I learn some great remote and in-person communication strategies, we were able to collaborate with some of the attendees and challenge each other on some personal examples. It was a very valuable experience for me and I will definitely be attending future workshops with Suzanne.”
"Suzanne walks her talk as the communications expert here, sharing easy to use tips anchored in memorable visuals and her humorous speaking style. When we were given the opportunity to practice with a partner, it was clear that -- even in the first thirty minutes of class -- we had already learned valuable communication techniques that we could implement for both personal and business situations. I was so impressed with this workshop that I sponsored a special learning opportunity for my clients, who have also raved about this fun and valuable learning opportunity!"
